You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload, create, edit, or process using SignSnap.me.

SignSnap.me does not claim ownership of your content.

SignSnap.me does not permanently store uploaded videos, images, recordings, project files, or generated content after processing is completed.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their content.

To provide the service, you grant SignSnap.me a limited, temporary license to process content solely for the purpose of delivering the requested functionality.

This license ends when processing is completed.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious software or code
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Disrupt or interfere with service operation
  • Use the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others through the service

Intellectual Property

The SignSnap.me website, software, branding, design, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by SignSnap.me or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNSNAP.ME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

THIS INCLUDES LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SIGNSNAP.ME DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SignSnap.me, its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
